En los casos en que el Director del Servicio de Impuestos Internos ha sido designado por el Ministro de Hacienda como autoridad competente (ver página convenios), los requerimientos deben ser enviados al Director del Servicio de Impuestos Internos (SII), Teatinos 120, piso 6, Santiago, Chile.
The Conventions for the avoidance of double taxation provide that the competent authority is the Minister of Finance and his authorised representative.
